Holding a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Chelsea offers broad clinical experience working with clients across the lifespan—from children to older adults. Her specialties include trauma, personality disorders, neurodivergence, and family-centered treatment for eating disorders, reflecting a comprehensive and nuanced understanding of complex mental health challenges.

She is trained in EMDR therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach fostering healing through empowerment and connection. Chelsea has also completed specialized training in online divorce mediation, equipping her to navigate complex family dynamics with skill and sensitivity.

Grounded in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Chelsea integrates mindfulness-based therapies including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) into her practice. Her approach is collaborative and client-centered—listening actively, meeting clients where they are, and partnering to set and achieve meaningful goals.
