Connie Richards, LPC, has been a practicing therapist since 2021, training closely with Dr. Saul. She earned her Master's degree from Lakeland University and specializes in solution-focused therapies for clients ranging from mid-childhood to older adults, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

Connie integrates somatic psychotherapy, based on the understanding that trauma is stored in the body, helping release tension and emotions. She is trained in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), a trauma-informed, attachment-focused method that supports healing through connection and empowerment. Her approach also includes mindfulness-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which strengthen the mind-body connection through present-moment awareness and emotional regulation.

Alongside her integrative whole-systems approach and collaborative practice with other providers, Connie is trained in family mediation to assist families involved in court-related conflicts in resolving issues peacefully and without costly litigation. Her evidence-informed, compassionate care supports clients in achieving healing, growth, and meaningful connection.
